As a note, I've re-connected ties with the Higashi-Hiroshima Gaming Club up in Saijo over the past couple weeks and it's gone rather well. My main contact up there, Daniel, is an English teacher and has been in Japan for many, many years. The majority of the club plays 40k exclusively, as GW has had the market here in Japan for nearly 3 decades, but PP is growing.
He's also forwarded along a few other sites, which I'll post up with due time and get disseminated along to our group.
Dan will, at some point in January, possibly make it down here to game with us. He is (luckily) a Warmachine and Hordes player, and also a Cygnar player so he's all ready one up in my book.
There are some things I need to cover with you guys should he decide to come down and bring anyone along, as Japanese Wargaming is MUCH different than the way we play. Tony can explain to you all the experience we had, and if you've checked Facebook lately, you may have seen some of the paint jobs.
This can all be covered on the 8th, and I will be sure to let you all know if we can anticipate Daniel, or anyone else making the venture to our little neck of the woods. Until then, happy gaming, and keep those dice rolling!
Eric

Alright! That's awesome to hear, more players are always welcome... obviously. It'll be a lot of fun checking out the way the Japanese do their wargames. Can't wait!

We've now gamed with people from as far as Tokyo. Keep an eye out in October for the Japan Open. A Japan wide Warmachine/Hordes tournament.
